Andrew Sagliocca - President, Chief Executive Officer and Director; andrew.sagliocca@esqbank.com
Andrew C. Sagliocca, President & Chief Executive Officer, joined Esquire Bank in February 2007. Andrew is also a member of the Bank's Board of Directors.
Andrew has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. He previously served as Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller of North Fork Bank prior to joining Esquire Bank. While at North Fork Bank, he served as a member of the merger and acquisition team during the bank's impressive growth years. Prior to joining North Fork Bank, he held the position of manager at KPMG, a global accounting firm, specializing in the financial services practice. He was engaged in the operational and financial review of financial institutions throughout the New York metropolitan area.
Andrew received his B.S. in Accounting from Fairfield University. He is a Certified Public Accounting licensed in New York State, and a member of the AICPA and NYSSCPA.
Eric Bader- Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer; eric.bader@esqbank.com
Eric Bader is Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Esquire Bank. He is responsible for the management of the Bank's investment portfolio, liquidity position, interest rate risk, accounting and other related functions. Eric serves as chairman of the Bank's Asset and Liability Committee (ALCO).
Prior to joining Esquire Bank, Eric held the position of Vice President at Goldman Sachs and served as a Vice President and Investment Officer at North Fork Bank. His experience as a senior bank officer and as a financial officer on Wall Street brings a high level of expertise to Esquire Bank.
Eric holds a BS degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Towson University and a MSF in Finance from Loyola College in Maryland. He holds NASD series 7 and series 63 licenses.
Joel Bernstein - Senior Vice President, Chief Operations Officer; joel.bernstein@esqbank.com
Joel Bernstein is Chief Operations Officer at Esquire Bank. He has 25 years experience in the financial services industry, specifically relating to technology, information security, management information systems, business continuity strategies and computer networks.
Prior to joining Esquire Bank, Joel held leadership positions at two of the Big 4 Consulting Firms, and management positions at both a major French financial services commercial bank, and a US money center bank.
Mr. Bernstein has built departments, designed and implemented disaster recovery and business continuity plans consistent with financial service industry regulatory requirements, and he has experience in technical migration planning and implementation. Joel also was a professor at a technical state university.
Mr. Bernstein has authored security policies and procedures, written a thesis on "Price Level Adjusted Financial Statements" and, as part of his involvement in the Check21 initiative, authored a white paper entitled, "Check Clearing for the 21st Century Act: An analysis of Compliance Investment Costs vs. A Transactional Cost Alternative"
Joel received his Bachelor of Arts from Brooklyn College graduating Cum Laude, and received his Master in Business Administration from The Bernard M. Baruch College. Mr. Bernstein is a CISA.

Mark McAfee is Chief Lending Officer for Esquire Bank. He has directed the growth of Esquire's lending portfolio by providing individualized solutions consistent with our philosophy of superior service and products for our growing list of clients.
Mr. McAfee brings 25 years of mortgage and banking experience to Esquire Bank. Prior to joining Esquire, he built and managed residential and commercial lending efforts for major regional banks in the New York area as a Senior manager and Director of Lending.
Mr. McAfee received a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of Arizona. He is active with the Long Island Real Estate Group and serves as a director for the Retired and Senior Volunteer Program of Long Island.

Ave Doyle is Branch Administrator at Esquire Bank. She is responsible for the coordination of Esquire Bank's Service Delivery. Ave is dedicated to providing the highest quality of Relationship Banking to our customers and ensures that each client receives individualized solutions consistent with Esquire Bank's philosophy of superior service and products.
With 24 years of retail banking experience, Ave has helped design the suite of product and services solutions we offer our clients. These solutions enable our customers to conduct their banking more efficiently and effectively.
Ms. Doyle received a BBA in Finance from Pace University. Ave is also a member of Toastmasters International of Staten Island.

Lori is Vice President of Lending Operations at Esquire Bank. She works closely with borrowers throughout the loan origination and closing processes, ensuring a positive customer experience.
With more than 20 years of experience managing every facet of residential mortgage lending, Ms. Boes knows how to anticipate and overcome the obstacles that can occur during the mortgage process. Her expertise and dedication to customer service provides a valuable service to Esquire Bank customers.
Ms. Boes holds a BBA in Management Accounting from Pace University, White Plains, NY.

Jacob S. Ivry is a Senior Vice President of Client Relationship Management at Esquire Bank. He directs sales and relationship management of deposit balances, including attorney escrow accounts, and credit needs for service professionals, business owners and high net worth individuals.
Mr. Ivry is a member of the Turnaround Management Association - New York City Chapter, Nassau Lawyers' Association of Long Island, Risk Management Association and Garden City Chamber of Commerce. He is involved with several non-profit organizations including Habitat for Humanity - Nassau County Chapter.
Mr. Ivry holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hunter College, City University of New York.

Stan Rothman is a Senior Client Relationship Manager at Esquire Bank. He directs sales and relationship management of deposit balances, including attorney escrow accounts, and credit needs for service professionals, business owners and high net worth individuals.
With over 33 years of New York retail banking experience, Mr. Rothman brings an in-depth knowledge of Middle Market Portfolio and Private Banking to serve his customer's special needs.
Mr Rothman is a former board member of the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation and the NY Chapter of Vision Services for the Blind.
Mr. Rothman received a B.A. from Pace College.

Patricia Grebe is Vice President, Relationship Manager at Esquire Bank's Garden City Office. She directs sales and relationship management of consumers, commercial accounts and service professionals.
With over 28 years of experience in the Long Island Banking Community, Ms. Grebe has established a reputation in the banking community as a go-to professional for all her commercial and professional clients.
Ms. Grebe began her education at Suffolk County Community College and completed her studies at the Graduate School of Retail Bank Management at the University of Virginia.
